Can I put my insole in a different shoe every day?

Our insole is characterized by the fact that it will adjust to any shoe form after a short time of wearing. Therefore, it is recommended to leave the sole in one pair because otherwise they have to adjust every time to the new shoe form. This effect can shorten the lifespan of your sole.

What can I do if the sole does not fit in my shoe?

There are always shoes with an unusual form. Please use scissors in order to cut the sole to a shape that will fit your shoe.

Can I also wear the sole if I do not have foot odor?

Many of our customers wear the sole for its great comfort of wearing. Even if you do not have foot odor, Cedrina will give you a well-being and wellness effect that you will not want to miss any more.

Is Cedrina a natural product?

Yes. The Cedrina insole is a natural product. The upper side is made out of cedar woods and the lower side is made out of cotton. Cedrina will combat foot odor in a natural way.

Will the effect cease if I am wearing socks or tights?

Our insoles will absorb the moisture in the shoe without affecting the natural skin barrier of the foot no matter if worn with or without socks!

Can I also wear Cedrina soles if I am already wearing orthopedic insoles?

Of course. Just put the natural sole with the wooden side up onto the orthopedic insoles. Since Cedrina is very thin and flexible it will adjust to the form of your orthopedic insole after a few steps.

How do I pay for my Cedrina natural soles?

You can pay for your soles very comfortably per invoice after delivery. We trust our clients. Only deliveries above a value of 50 Euro must be paid in advance.

Will the shipping costs decrease if I am ordering more than one pair?

Starting at an order of 2 pairs we will not charge any shipment costs.

How long is the delivery time?

As a general rule the soles will be packed and shipped on the day of your order.

With which shipping company will my order be shipped?

Our medical insoles will be shipped with the German mail service company Deutsche Post.

What can I do if the goods are damaged when they reach me?

If your soles got damaged during transport please report to the responsible shipment person immediately or document with a camera. Please send the picture to Cedrina via email. We will replace the soles as fast as possible.
